Our story is one of passion, dedication, and a commitment to empowering individuals on their fitness journey. Founded by John Krawec, whose lifelong dream was to own a gym, we have become a community where strength, both mental and physical, is celebrated and cultivated.

John is an award-winning powerlifter and strongman, he brings not only his expertise in strength training but also his passion for mental health advocacy to our gym. For John, 'Just be strong' isn't just a motto; it's a philosophy that embodies the idea that strength comes in many forms, both mentally and physically.

We believe in empowering individuals to define what strength means to them. Whether it's achieving a personal best in the gym or just showing up, join us and discover what just being strong means to you.
